Juri Pavlovic (they/them) is a self-publishing veteran. Since 2006, she has been passionate about the diversity of self-published books and the idea that anyone can publish a book without contacts at agencies or publishing houses. Juri believes that gatekeeping should be abolished and that every story deserves to be told. 
She has published numerous fantasy novels with publishers and through self-publishing. She is a dog person and needs coffee to function. 

 

Dana Morgan (they/them/she/her) is an author, editor, and translator with a background in Media Studies and English/American Studies. Her work is driven by a deep fascination with language, atmosphere, and storytelling across cultures. Having lived and worked in New York City an Tokyo, she brings an international perspective to her translations and editorial work, always attentive to voice, tone, and emotional nuance. Inspired by travel, music, and immersive stories, she strives to ignite the creative spark in every author.

With a background in Media Studies, English Studies and French Studies, Lea Diamandis is full of passion for languages and storytelling. For her, books are diamonds, which just need to be polished to be able to shine, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand to authors aspiring to send their books out into the world. Her sources of fuel for work are coffee and Taylor Swift songs, whose lyrics greatly inspire her own writing craft. 

Gundula Stürmer (she/her) moves between language and atmosphere. When translating English texts into German, her focus lies on impact, tone, and emotional depth. After completing her training as an editor, she primarily supports the team in organizing and building the website. Her aim is to give English stories a fitting place in the German self-publishing market. She feels deeply grateful for a life shared with the world’s best husband, her dog, and plenty of time spent moving in nature.

Kerstin Max (she/her) is a language enthusiast and word lover with a passion for grammar. She believes that languages connect people, a belief reflected in her multicultural approach to her work. She specializes in proofreading and translating German, English, and French texts, ensuring they are accurate and stylistically appropriate. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends.
